Tricity Real Estate Research & Data
Most property sites republish portal listings. We do something rarer: we compile original, dated datasets about the Chandigarh-tricity and Delhi-NCR market — from the primary RERA records up — and publish them openly for buyers, journalists and researchers. This page is the index; each dataset is free to cite with attribution.

The datasets
Three findings from the data
1. The market is a long tail, not an oligopoly. The top 50 developers hold only 15.8% of registered projects, and 2,051 of developers (75.9%) have just one project — so buyer diligence matters more here than brand recognition.
2. Delhi-NCR now outweighs the tricity by volume. 75.1% of registrations (3,385 projects) sit in the NCR/Haryana belt versus 24.9% in the tricity — even though the tricity remains our home market.
3. Roughly half of developers are invisible online. Only 52.1% of developers could be matched to an official website; the rest have no discoverable web presence — which is exactly why an independent, verified index has value.

We publish ranges and counts, never invented figures, and mark each dataset with a last-verified date.
