Buying & registration in Gurugram (Haryana)
Shortlist to budget → verify title chain, encumbrance and the promoter's HRERA registration → agreement to sell → pay stamp duty + registration on the higher of consideration or the Haryana collector rate → register at the Gurugram Sub-Registrar → get mutation (intkaal) via HARIS/Jamabandi. Stamp duty & tax in Gurugram (Haryana)
